who we are
We started leading worship together at our youth group in Fort Myers, Florida. We were blessed with a youth pastor who understood the importance of worship and always pushed and encouraged us to develop as worship leaders. After countless youth nights, mission trips, and special events where we lead worship together we began to feel pulled towards music - specifically worship.
​
That pull towards worship music continued to stir inside of us until we both finally verbalized what we had been feeling for the last year or so.
​
It was so inspiring to see that God had been waking up the same dream in both of our hearts. That conversation was the first time we clearly saw what God had been leading us towards the past few years...
​
Beyond the Horizon
​
Fast-forward to now, and that initial God-inspired dream still stirs in both of us.
​
Our hope and prayer is that through our songs and music people are able to have an encounter with God, that they would experience the love of the Father, and that they would come to live in the freedom that can only be known through Jesus Christ.

why "Beyond The Horizon"
If you have ever been to a beach, the mountains, or any other place where the horizon can be seen then you most likely understand the beauty that it carries. Because we lived in a beach town, spent numerous summer camps on the beach, and constantly served on the coast of Nicaragua we had many opportunities to experience the horizon's beauty.

The horizon shows the glory of God in a way that nothing else can. It serves as a reminder of God's beauty, power, love, and presence in our lives.
​
The horizon teaches us a lot about God, but we also understand that the grandeur of God cannot fully be encompassed by one sole thing. Yes God reveals Himself through the horizon, but we know that he is bigger and greater than any horizon we will ever see.
​
Thus, "Beyond The Horizon."
​
It is a constant reminder that the mighty, all-loving, always-good God is bigger than any situation in life. Whether hardship or success, mountain or valley, God is with us. He is on our side. We are His daughters and His sons, and He loves us.
